We are a small, hobby-based poultry farm run with care, experience, and high welfare standards. Every egg is handled to the best of our ability. However, once eggs leave our hands, several factors are beyond our control.

This policy ensures clear expectations, transparency, and fairness for all customers.

💸 Refunds, Returns & Hatch Responsibility

❌ We do not offer refunds, returns, or guarantees on hatching eggs.

This is due to the unpredictable nature of:

  • Third-party courier handling

  • Individual incubator setups and practices

  • Natural embryo development risks

By purchasing from us, you fully accept that:

  • Hatch success is not guaranteed

  • You are responsible for your own incubation process and results

  • Your experience level does not affect these terms

Even with over 15 years of experience, we cannot guarantee hatch rates.

📦 Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Our responsibility is considered fulfilled

  • We have no control over courier handling, delays, or damage

  • Eggs may be affected by transit conditions

We package eggs carefully and professionally, but shipping hatching eggs always carries risk.

🧊 Damaged Eggs in Transit

If eggs arrive damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos in original packaging before handling

If stock allows, we may offer:

  • Replacement eggs (postage costs apply)

  • OR a small discount code for future orders

⚠️ Please note: Damage in transit is not our fault, but we will try to help where possible.

⚠️ Low Development / Hatch Support

If you experience very low development rates (under ~30%), we may offer a one-time goodwill discount (not guaranteed).

To be considered, you must provide:

  • Photos/videos of your incubator setup

  • Independent thermometer & hygrometer readings

  • Candling photos of each egg (numbered)

  • Group photo with our markings visible

  • Candling dates and total egg count

❗️ We Do NOT Refund or Replace For:

  • Postal delays or lost parcels

  • Damage caused during transit

  • Contact made after 22 days from delivery

  • Reports made only after hatch completion without prior notice

Hatch failures due to:

  • Incubator malfunction

  • Incorrect temperature/humidity

  • Poor turning or incorrect settings

  • Incorrect incubation stages

🐔 Our Eggs & Breeding

  • Eggs come from high-quality imported European lines

  • No British bloodlines used

  • Birds are under 20 months old

  • Each cockerel runs with 3–5 hens

  • Bloodlines are refreshed regularly

🌱 Birds are fed:

  • Non-GMO feed

  • Organic treats

⚠️ Genetics are natural and may produce variation (e.g. colour variations, splash, feather differences). This is normal in breeding programs.

🥚 Egg Appearance Disclaimer

All images are for illustration only.

Eggs will naturally vary in:

  • Colour

  • Size

  • Shape

  • Bloom

This is influenced by:

  • Season

  • Hen age

  • Diet

❌ We do not accept complaints based on natural variation.

⏳ Order Timing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch may take up to 14 working days due to demand

  • Eggs are collected daily and shipped within 48 hours of laying

  • Orders may ship sooner depending on timing

📌 We dispatch Tuesday or Thursday

🤝 Collections & Local Arrangements

  • Collection may be available by prior arrangement only

  • Usually evenings due to farm workload

  • Eggs may be left in a safe collection location

🚫 We do not offer farm visits or tours

Local delivery or meeting points may be arranged on request.

  • Eggs may be marked with pen for identification (this does not affect hatchability)

  • No two eggs are identical—this is natural

  • We always aim to provide fresh, fertile, quality eggs
